Buyer's Remorse Returns
You have 15 days to return your unused products from the date it is delivered. You can do so for any reason and receive a full refund.
In order to pursue a return, please make an online return request from the page My Order https://www.ntextil.co.uk/order or send us an email at customerservice@ntextil.co.uk and one of our representatives will instruct you on how to proceed: example providing you with the correct shipping address especially if you have multiple shipments. Once you have all the instructions it's a good idea to inform us when the products are sent back so we can register your return and speed up the process.
Alternatively, you can refuse shipments so they are automatically sent back to their respective warehouse. Simply send us an e-mail to inform us that you have done so - this option is the fastest!
Please, know that standard returns under buyer's remorse are at the customer's cost. A full refund or a coupon code will be provided once the order is returned.
Processing a return can take 5 to 10 business days after the package is received at the warehouse.
A return tracking number allows you, as well as us, to keep tabs on the progress of the shipment's return to the warehouse, unfortunately it is not a reliable indicator of the final steps for the return.
Refunds
A refund will be issued within 14 days after the products are received and processed.
For a cancellation, your refund will be issued within 14 days after the order is confirmed to be canceled.
Warranty and Damaged Products
If you received your order and discover an item that is damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect please contact us as soon as possible.
